After recently introducing two new members to our Senior Leadership Team, Martin, Head of Procurement, and Clare, Head of QARA, we thought that it would be great opportunity to bring in Abuzz Training to provide one of their leadership sessions in our training room.
Andy Bailey, Director at Abuzz Training, led yesterday’s session, aiming to improve the understanding of the different personality types within the team and their respective communication preferences.
The experience was engaging and fun, and the SLT left with a much better understanding of how we communicate as a group and with one another. These are a brilliant way to bring alignment to the SLT, enforcing our strong values and purpose that makes Pennine a great company.
We look forward to using our newfound knowledge of one another to improve the quality of communication between the team and throughout the business and believe this is another brilliant example of bringing our ‘Continuous Improvement’ value to life.
