We are proud to be awarding our Long Service Awards this week to members of staff that have been representing Pennine for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years.
This is a great testament to our colleagues, and the business, with our average staff turnover rate sitting at around 12 years.
Our employees are the heart of our organisation and are vital to the long-term success of the business. We put our employees at the centre of everything we do and it’s great to celebrate staff who have dedicated so much to the company.
Therefore, alongside the awards, each Long Service Awardee will receive a special lunch with our Senior Leadership Team.
Its important that our colleagues understand that their ongoing commitment to their roles day in day out, are pivotal to the success of Pennine. We thank everyone for their dedication and hope to be presenting many more awards in years to come.
