Pennine Healthcare is proud to announce the return of Pitch Your Product: MedTech for 2026, offering innovators across the medical technology sector an opportunity to accelerate the development, refinement, and commercialisation of their healthcare innovations.

Now entering its second year, the programme delivered in partnership with Health Innovation East Midlands is designed to support medtech innovators at every stage of development, from early-stage concepts through to established businesses looking to scale within the NHS and wider care sector.

At Pennine Healthcare, innovation has always been at the heart of what we do. Through Pitch Your Product: MedTech 2026, we are opening our doors to ambitious innovators who are developing medical devices with the potential to make a real difference to patient care.

Participants will have the opportunity to present their innovations to a panel of NHS leaders, industry experts, and commercial stakeholders, while accessing a tailored package of support designed to help bring products successfully to market.

What the Programme Includes

Virtual Masterclasses: Monday 29 June 2026

Successful applicants will begin their journey with a series of expert-led virtual masterclasses covering:

• Problem-solution fit
• Building a compelling investor and stakeholder pitch
• Regulatory compliance
• Clinical trial pathways
• Funding opportunities
• Commercialisation strategy

These sessions are designed to ensure participants are fully prepared for Pitch Day and equipped with the knowledge needed to navigate the medtech landscape.

Pitch Day at Pennine Healthcare: Tuesday 21 July 2026

Finalists will then join us in person at Pennine Healthcare’s manufacturing headquarters in Derby for Pitch Day, where they will present their innovation directly to a panel of industry specialists and NHS decision-makers.

Participants will receive valuable live feedback, strategic insights, and the opportunity to unlock further support from programme partners.

As part of the programme, Pennine Healthcare will work alongside selected innovators as a potential commercial development partner, offering:

• Access to Pennine Healthcare’s manufacturing headquarters and specialist facilities
• Mentoring from experienced technical, regulatory, and commercial teams

• Guidance on manufacturing readiness and routes to market
• Opportunities to explore strategic collaboration for commercial scale-up
