Ryles Tube, Graduated, X-Ray Tube with metal tip, four side eyes and colour coded funnel connector with attached luer adaptor.

Ryles Tube is designed to provide access to nasogastric tract for introduction of nutrition and aspiration of intestinal secretion. The main use of a Nasogastric tube is for feeding and for administering drugs and other oral agents. A Nasogastric tube is inserted through the nose with the end of the tube reaching into the stomach.

  • Siliconised and smooth outer surface to reduce chances of tissue irritation.
  • Soft, frosted and kink resistance PVC tubing.
  • 122cm tube with radio-opaque line provided to its full length and marked at 50, 60, and 70 cm from the tip for accurate placement of tube.
  • Closed metal tip for improved positioning and four atraumatic eyes to reduce risk of block-age.
  • Color coded funnel end connector for easy identification of size and attached luer adaptor.
  • Supplied sterile, in individual peel pouches.
